Through-Type Magnetic Polishing Machine PMPM-TT4000

The PMPM-TT4000 is the mass-production member of the Precinova Systems magnetic polishing family. Instead of loading a batch, running a timer and unloading, parts are fed continuously into one end of the machine, travel through a series of magnetic polishing stations, and come out finished at the other end. Output is measured in parts per hour rather than kilograms per batch, which makes it the right choice when a batch machine such as the PMPM-28050 can no longer keep up with the line.

Each station applies the same magnetic finishing principle used across the range: a rotating field drives stainless steel pins against the workpiece to deburr edges, polish surfaces, remove oxide and clean inner holes without cutting into dimensions. Because parts move through progressive stations, dwell time is set by conveyor speed, so the finish is repeatable part-to-part with no operator judgement involved. A PLC and HMI control conveyor speed, field intensity and fluid dosing.

The machine runs on a 380V three-phase supply and is engineered to order — tunnel length, number of stations, conveyor width, infeed hopper and outfeed separation are all specified from your part geometry, target finish and required throughput. It is normally integrated with washing, rinsing and drying modules so the component leaves the cell ready for inspection, plating or assembly.
