Mirror polishing abrasive for glasses, buttons, electronic components, automotive parts and magnetic materials.
OSA-01
Natural olive shell abrasive media. Compared with walnut shells, olive shells have better hardness and stronger wear resistance. Generally used for dry rough grinding and polishing. Used as dry polishing abrasive alongside auxiliary abrasive pastes such as rolling oil polishing wax. Ratio of abrasive to paste is about 25:1 for first use. Polishing time typically takes several hours or dozens of hours.
WSA-01
Walnut shell abrasive is a granular abrasive processed by desulfurization, crushing, and screening, with many micropores on the surface and good adsorption effect. As a natural polishing material, it won't damage the workpiece surface and offers excellent polishing results. Mainly used as an abrasive for dry polishing machines and mirror polishing machines.

GG801/802/803
Brightener is a chemical substance used to enhance the surface glossiness of an object, used in Guangu magnetic polishing machines to increase product brightness and clean oily surfaces. Metal brighteners remove surface stains, scratches, and oxide layers, restoring smoothness and luster. GG801 is for copper, aluminum, titanium alloy, and magnesium alloy. GG802 is a protective agent for copper products. GG803 is a special brightener for zinc alloy.
MP-Series
The magnetic steel needle is made of a mixture of special metal materials and 304 stainless steel, offering higher wear resistance and bounce. Specifications range from 0.2mm to 2.0mm diameter and 2mm to 20mm length, with hundreds of models available. The thicker the needle, the stronger the polishing strength. For stainless steel and hard parts, use needles above 0.8mm diameter. For copper and aluminum (soft materials), use needles below 0.8mm. Generally, 5mm long steel needles are recommended for polishing.
GG80/GG60
Specialized dry polishing oil available in coarse (GG60) and fine (GG80) grades. Coarse polishing oil removes burrs and large scratches; fine polishing oil achieves mirror finish. When using new abrasive media (e.g. walnut shells), use 1 KG of polishing oil per 25 KG of new media and mix thoroughly. Hard workpieces (stainless steel, carbon steel) require 6–8 hours polishing; soft workpieces (copper, aluminum, plastic) require 4–6 hours.
