Polishing liquid used in conjunction with Guangu magnetic polishing machines. Increases surface brightness and removes oil stains from metal surfaces. A specialized liquid cleaning and polishing agent for use during magnetic polishing operations.
About the Polishing Liquid
GG3041 Polishing Liquid is made for Guangu Tech magnetic polishing machines. You add it to the polishing bucket with water and steel pins. It does two things: it makes surfaces brighter and it removes oil stains and light oxidation. For extra shine, add a brightener to the mix.
The formula is strong, so a little goes a long way. Use a few millilitres per litre of water. The exact amount depends on the metal type and how dirty the parts are. It is safe for gold, silver, brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and zinc alloy.
How does it work? The liquid softens surface dirt. The pins then scrub it away. This chemical-plus-mechanical action gives brighter, cleaner results than either method alone. Learn more in our guide on how magnetic polishing works.
Change the solution every 3–5 batches. Replace it sooner if the liquid looks cloudy or dark. Used solution can be disposed of safely following local wastewater rules.
