About the Magnetic Polishing Machine GG8520
The GG8520 is the smallest machine in the Guangu Tech range. It is built for jewelers, watchmakers, and small workshops across India. The compact desktop size (640 × 520 × 1088 mm) fits easily on any workbench. Yet it uses the same polishing technology as the larger industrial models. Need more capacity? Step up to the GG8620.
How does it work? A spinning magnetic field moves stainless steel pins against your parts. The pins deburr, polish, remove oxide, and clean inner holes — all in one step. You just load, press start, and wait. Learn more in our guide on how magnetic polishing machines work.
The 2.2 KW motor spins at 1,400 RPM. The round polishing bucket is 350 mm wide. It handles 8–10 KG of parts per batch. Most jobs finish in 5 to 15 minutes. That is much faster than hand polishing or tumbling. It works on gold, silver, brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and zinc alloy.
The controls are simple. Set the forward and reverse magnetic field times. Use the auto-stop timer to walk away. Adjust motor speed with the inverter panel. A fuse protects the electrical system. The restart button lets you re-time quickly between batches.
This machine is popular in India's jewelry manufacturing hubs — Rajkot, Mumbai, Jaipur, and Thrissur. Electronics assemblers, dental labs, and small engineering shops also use it. It holds CE, ISO 9001, ROHS, and MSDS certifications.
