Magnetic Polishing Machine GG8620

The GG8620 is one step up from the GG8520. It has a larger 450 mm round polishing bucket and a stronger 4 KW motor. This gives it a 10–12 KG batch capacity. It weighs 188 KG but still fits on a workshop floor. For even more capacity, see the GG8720.

This machine is great for batch polishing small metal parts. Think watch cases, electronic connectors, medical housings, and aerospace fasteners. The forward and reverse magnetic field control gives even coverage. It reaches inner holes, undercuts, and tight spaces that normal methods miss.

The controls make it easy to run. Set the auto-stop timer and walk away. Adjust polishing speed with the inverter panel. Fuse protection keeps things safe. The restart button lets you re-time between batches without resetting everything.

It works on many metals — gold, silver, brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and zinc alloy. Most jobs take 5–20 minutes. That is much faster than vibratory or barrel tumbling.
