Magnetic Polishing Machine GG1980
GG1980 Translational Magnetic Tumbler designed as a batch surface treatment equipment for metal parts. Dual-motor configuration (4KW×2) provides high throughput for production environments. Suitable for processing gold, silver, brass, copper, aluminum, 304 stainless steel, titanium alloy, and zinc alloy components across aerospace, medical, electronics, and jewelry industries.
About the Magnetic Polishing Machine GG1980
The GG1980 has two motors (4 KW each). They drive a 1800 × 520 mm square polishing bucket that holds 40–60 KG per batch. At 580 KG, this is a serious production machine. It delivers high output without losing finish quality. For even more capacity, see the dual-station GG2380.
The two motors work together to create a strong magnetic field. The field both rotates and sweeps side to side. This gives even coverage across large batches. You can mix different part sizes and shapes in the same load. The pins still reach every surface.
This machine serves busy automotive factories in Pune, Chennai, and Gurugram. It handles engine parts, gears, brake hardware, and die-cast housings. It also works well for aerospace fasteners, medical parts, and large jewelry batches.
Hard metals like stainless steel and titanium take 15–25 minutes per batch. Softer metals like copper, brass, and aluminum finish in 8–15 minutes. The machine handles gold, silver, and zinc alloy too.
It holds CE, ISO 9001, ROHS, and MSDS certifications. Precinova provides full setup, training, and after-sales support with genuine spare parts.
