The PMPM-DTA900 solves the biggest labour problem in magnetic finishing: unloading. On a standard machine the operator lifts the tank contents out and separates parts from steel pins by hand. On the PMPM-DTA900 the whole tank tips over under power at the end of the cycle and discharges parts, pins and grinding fluid into a separating station. One operator can run several machines instead of babysitting one.

The polishing action itself is the proven Precinova Systems magnetic process shared with the PMPM-18050 and PMPM-22060: a rotating magnetic field whips stainless steel pins through the tank so they deburr edges, polish surfaces, strip oxide and clean inner holes in a single 10 to 30 minute cycle. Forward and reverse field control ensures even coverage on complex geometry, and the inverter panel lets you tune intensity for soft copper and brass or hard stainless steel and titanium.

Because the tilt mechanism, tank volume and discharge chute must match your part size and downstream conveyor, the PMPM-DTA900 is built to order on a 380V three-phase supply with non-standard dimensions. Customers typically specify it when they run multiple shifts, handle heavy batches that are unsafe to lift, or want to feed a washing and drying line directly.
