About the Mirror Polishing Machine GG9024
The GG9024 is the standard mirror polishing machine from Guangu Tech. It creates flawless reflective finishes using a dry process. No water is needed. No dust, no waste, no pollution. For industrial-scale mirror polishing, see the larger GG9032.
Instead of liquids or chemicals, it uses natural plant particles. Olive shells and walnut shells do the polishing. The PLC system controls the entire process. Load your parts into the 40L chamber, set the parameters, and press start. The machine runs on its own.
Two motors power the system. The main axis runs at 2.2 KW. The secondary axis runs at 0.75 KW. Together they create precise orbital motion. The particles contact every surface — curves, flat planes, and tight corners all get polished evenly.
A 2.2 KW vacuum cabinet extracts dust and keeps the chamber clean. The plant particles wear slowly. You can reuse them many times. This keeps costs much lower than chemical polishing or abrasive blasting. Add polishing oil to boost the cutting action.
The result is a smooth, clean, mirror-like finish with no dead spots. This quality is needed for decorative hardware, luxury goods, medical implants, and high-end electronics. The machine works on aluminum, stainless steel, copper, zinc alloy, gold, and silver.
