The GG9032 is the large industrial mirror polishing machine. It has a 400L chamber — 10 times bigger than the GG9024. The 7.5 KW main axis, 2.2 KW secondary axis, and 4 KW vacuum cabinet give it serious power for bigger parts and larger batches.
At 2900 KG and 2350 × 1960 × 2250 mm, this machine is meant for permanent installation. Its heavy build absorbs vibration and keeps the orbital motion precise, even under full load. Every part in every batch gets the same mirror finish.
Like the smaller model, the GG9032 uses a fully dry process. Olive shell and walnut shell particles do the polishing. No water, no chemicals, no slurry waste. The PLC runs the cycle with very little operator input once you set the parameters. Use polishing oil to enhance cutting action.
The 4 KW vacuum cabinet pulls out dust and keeps the work area clean. The plant particles last a long time before you need to replace them. Add corncob abrasive for extra versatility. This keeps running costs low.
