GG80/GG60
Polishing Oil
Specialized dry polishing oil available in coarse (GG60) and fine (GG80) grades. Coarse polishing oil removes burrs and large scratches; fine polishing oil achieves mirror finish. When using new abrasive media (e.g. walnut shells), use 1 KG of polishing oil per 25 KG of new media and mix thoroughly. Hard workpieces (stainless steel, carbon steel) require 6–8 hours polishing; soft workpieces (copper, aluminum, plastic) require 4–6 hours.
About the Polishing Oil
Polishing oil is a must-have for Guangu Tech dry polishing and mirror polishing machines (GG9024 and GG9032). It acts as the lubricant and cutting agent. Without it, the plant particle media (walnut shells, olive shells, corncob) cannot achieve good surface finishes.
Two grades are available. GG60 is the coarse grade. Use it first to remove burrs, machining marks, and big scratches. GG80 is the fine grade. Use it last to achieve a smooth, reflective mirror finish.
The mixing ratio matters. When loading new media, use 1 KG of oil per 25 KG of media. Mix well before adding parts. Top up as needed based on how the mix looks and feels.
Processing times depend on the material. Hard metals like stainless steel and carbon steel take 6–8 hours per cycle. Softer materials like copper, aluminum, and plastic finish in 4–6 hours. You can adjust times by changing oil grade, media grade, or machine speed.
Each container holds 10 KG (350 × 350 × 400 mm). Reorder based on your production volume. Precinova supplies genuine Guangu Tech polishing oil across India. Contact us for grade selection and best usage tips.
